Terms & conditions
These terms apply to all offers and distance contracts between OSER couture and consumers via this website.
1. Definitions
In these terms: OSER couture refers to the seller. Consumer refers to the natural person not acting in the course of profession or business. Distance contract refers to an agreement entered into via the internet without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.

3. Offers and agreement
All offers are non-binding. OSER couture reserves the right to refuse offers or orders or to set additional conditions. The agreement is concluded the moment the consumer places an order and OSER couture confirms it.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment is made in advance via the methods offered on the website. No rights can be derived from order processing before payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days for the Netherlands, unless agreed otherwise. Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation if exceeded.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and in their original packaging. First submit a return request via your personal return link or email atelier@oserycouture.com.
7. Complaints and warranty
Complaints about a delivered product must be reported within 2 months of discovery. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days. OSER couture supplies products of premium quality and offers a warranty against manufacturing defects.
8. Liability
OSER couture is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the value of the order, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
9. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure OSER couture is not obliged to fulfil any obligation. Force majeure includes: strikes, transport disruptions, technical failures and other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, photos, text and logos on this website are the property of OSER couture. Nothing may be copied or republished without prior written consent.
11. Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Midden-Nederland district.
